I became a client of Lakewood Veterinary Center when my vet of 14 years retired. I had talked to a couple of other local veterinarians due to my concern that my elderly and chronically sick dog would need the wonderful medical care and attention she had become accustomed to! Dr. Wright and his staff were the ideal fit! Llani loved to come and see Dr. Wright, Keri and Michelle! She was comfortable and NEVER experienced that heart breaking anxiety you so often see in animals at the vet. I truly believed she knew she was in the best of hands as well! When it came to the end of her life I have never felt so comfortable in making a very tough decision. Dr. Wright and his staff were so supportive and sympathetic as well as reassuring of the timing of the decision. They made a very sad and difficult time as free and comforting (for animal and owner) as possible and I will forever be grateful for that!
Currently, Mary Kate and Ashley are the newest members of our family to be under the great care of Dr. Wright and his staff. Again, amazingly, they never experience any anxiety about going into the clinic and are actually excited when we pull up! They are greeted with hugs and pets from the staff and Dr. Wright! Once again, I am thrilled with the medical care that they are provided and when issues arise, I always feel very well informed by Dr. Wright as to the problem at hand and treatment. They do a wonderful job about following up after a visit to make sure everything is going well and I appreciate so much the reminder phone calls and postcards regarding upcoming appointments.
I have referred MANY friends with animals to Dr. Wright who have also become loyal clients and I know they share my feeling about the wonderful and compassionate care that they are given at Lakewood Veterinary Center. |
